We are in continuous search of new potential premises to set up new outlets/ Business venture in line with our expansion plans. During the campaign we have been approached by a Dubai Based Company, K A F Global Real Estate, who apparently had a potential premises to offer. Initially we were not too keen to view and work with this real estate agency as we barely knew them. but I must admit that I was so impressed with their professional approach and follow up! we have seen the premises, liked it and asked them to start the process of acquiring the premises on a long-term lease.
After our initial approval, the assigned representative Ms. Khalida has taken over all the related matters, correspondence and documentation etc with the land lords Office & the entire process was completed without any hassle. I Further admit that working with K A F Global and team has been a great experience & we are looking forward to work with them in future as well.
